Upcycled Fashion Spotted in Florence, Italy

Despite what it may look like, I have not abandoned this blog. :D I'm still here and happy to bring some updates. Over the past month I have been out and about in Europe learning and seeing something new everyday. I've brainstormed a lot of ideas and etched out new perspectives from my travels, so much so that would be difficult to start with a concept of mine about life or design that has been changed; there are simply too many. First, I'd like to share a little discovery I made while in Florence, Italy. Here, I came across a really unique shop that I fell in love with. Down a narrow street sits the store Amo Romeo, which sells upcycled clothes and accessories all though of by the owner. While it was on the pricey side, it was worth it knowing that any piece is a one of a kind. It was one of the few stores in Europe that reminded me of the Bay Area, but had blatantly different influences.
Featured, during the time I went, was Yac's Pocket , a collection of adorable keychains made by an etsy crafter.
